「112年永續臺北好企機」計畫緣起
2023年世界經濟論壇（ World Economic Forum ）在《全球風險報告書》（ Global Risk Report ）中揭示，全球近2年內最迫切與未來10年後最嚴重的風險中，名列前茅者包括「氣候行動失敗」和「自然災害與極端氣候事件」等環境風險，經濟風險首次未上榜，突顯了社會及環境變遷下，經濟成長已非企業、投資人所面臨最嚴峻的挑戰。
台北市政府產業發展局深知占比最大之中小企業，不僅扮演城市永續轉型的關鍵角色，也正受社會與環境風險影響而面臨「人才流失與員工招募」、「喪失競爭優勢」、「供應鏈不穩定」、「難以滿足現有客戶期待」等重大挑戰；然而，多數中小企業尚未能在ESG趨勢下掌握商機。故，產業局於112年度領先全台地方政府推出專屬中小企業ESG轉型的深度輔導計畫，提供獲選中小企業免費顧問資源，期待按部就班陪伴中小企業成為ESG典範、探索永續商機，同時增加社企夥伴潛在合作串接、供應創新解方之對象擴大號召各產業之利害關係人共同參與永續發展的大業。

共創影響力行動
自111年起推出的《Taipei SElect ESG 錦囊妙計》型錄，仁舟淨塑便依照企業關注的ESG議題與欲採取之行動分類規劃相關提案。
本年度（112年），更持續挑戰僅精選5件成熟之社企B2B合作方案之遴選活動，以品牌訴求、產品實力、具亮點的ESG行動方案，榮登「社會影響力典範」一員，持續攜手企業共創永續影響力。

有意願推廣ESG之企業與民眾可於計畫官網公開版查詢相關介紹。
主辦也另提供企業網絡分享版：將「團隊簡介與專案實績」及「企業合作方案介紹」整併製作為《Taipei SElect：ESG錦囊妙計》型錄，發送予個別企業。

《Focus Highlight》Congratulations! Zen Zhou Plastic Reduction is honored to be selected for the 2023 Sustainable Taipei Good Business Program, becoming a "Social Impact Exemplar"!
Project Origin
In 2023, the World Economic Forum revealed in their ‘Global Risks Report’ that among the most urgent and severe risks in the next two years, and the following ten years, top contenders include ‘failure of climate action’ and ‘environmental risks such as natural disasters and extreme weather events.’ For the first time, economic risks were not listed, highlighting that under societal and environmental changes, economic growth is no longer the most challenging obstacle faced by businesses and investors.
The Taipei City Government's Industry Development Bureau recognizes that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), constituting the largest proportion of companies, not only play a critical role in urban sustainable transformation but also face significant challenges due to societal and environmental risk. These include ‘talent loss and staff recruitment,’ ‘loss of competitive advantage,’ ‘unstable supply chains,’ and ‘difficulty in meeting existing customer expectations.’ However, most SMEs have yet to grasp business opportunities under the ESG trend. Therefore, in 2023, the Industry Bureau led local governments across Taiwan in launching an exclusive in-depth guidance program for SMEs' ESG transformation, providing selected SMEs with free consulting resources. The aim is to personally guide SMEs toward becoming ESG exemplars, exploring sustainable opportunities, whilst simultaneously expanding the potential for collaboration with social enterprises, innovative supply solutions, and mobilizing stakeholders from various industries to participate in the grand undertaking of sustainable development.
Zen Zhou has proposed a B2B collaboration plan and is featured in the "ESG Wisdom Catalog," joining hands with ESG enterprises to co-create a sustainable economy.
Co-creating Impactful Actions
Since the introduction of the "ESG Wisdom Catalog" in 2022, Zen Zhou Plastic Reduction has produced relevant proposals based on ESG issues of concern to companies, including suggestions of desired actions to be taken.
This year, we continued the challenge by selectively choosing 5 mature social enterprise B2B collaboration proposals. With a strong brand appeal, product strength, and outstanding ESG action plans, Zen Zhou proudly joins the ranks of "Social Impact Exemplars," consistently collaborating with enterprises to create sustainable impact.

The organizers also provide a corporate networking version, consolidating "team introductions and project achievements" and "corporate collaboration plan introductions" into the "ESG Wisdom Catalog" brochure, which is distributed to individual companies.
Zen Zhou, who is adept at utilizing materials that are beneficial to human health and environmentally friendly, has developed a variety of plastic-reducing products. Aligned with the six crucial indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Zen Zhou enables the public to initiate a change in lifestyle habits, gradually creating a plastic-reducing living environment, and strives to improve the health of both individuals and the planet!
